We know that moving home can be stressful. It is easy to tell us when you’re moving in and out your home, just follow the procedures below.
We’ll need to know your moving date and colosing meter reading. Once you move we will need to know your new address and opening meter readings.

Moving out
On the day you are moving out, you need to take closing meter readings at your old address. Log into your online account management where you would be able to let us know that you’re moving out by following a few simple steps.
You will need:
- Date of move
- Final meter readings (If you don’t give us your meter readings, we’ll have to estimate your final bill which may not be accurate)
Alternatively, call us on 0000000 to let us know that you’re moving us.
If you were with another supplier in your old property
When you move into your new property it is easy to switch your energy to Ebico Living.
All you need to do is go to our quote tool, get a quote, complete your details and start the switch to Ebico Living.
You will need:
- Your new address
- An email address or contact telephone number
- Your annual energy consumption, don’t worry if you don’t know it as our quote tool will help you estimate this.
- Bank details – if you’re a credit customer
